Start Your Guitar Journey

Get started on the right track with a completely free 60 minute guitar class these school holidays, designed specifically for complete beginners and intermediate players.

Students will learn essential chords and skills that you need to play your favourite songs in a relaxed group. Feel free to bring your own electric or acoustic guitar (please no amps due to excessive noise).

No guitar? No problem! We can provide a spare guitar for you to use during the class – just let us know prior to the event.

Important Notes

  • The lesson will go for approximately 45-55 minutes, allowing several minutes spare at the end for changeover and any questions that students or parents may have.
  • Students are advised to bring their own guitar if possible, but some spare guitars will be available for use on the day.
  • We are located on the second level of the building and advise to avoid bringing prams due to a narrow staircase.
  • Parents are welcome to sit in on the classes.
  • Space in the room is limited, so we advise avoiding bringing additional children along to sit and watch.
  • Bathroom facilities are located on the ground floor. Our staff are not permitted to transport children to and from the bathroom.
  • There is no eating or drinking permitted in the tuition room.
